Sr Bilingual UX Designer (100% remote)
Lifeworks Remote (🇨🇦 Montreal, Quebec, Canada)
Develop user scenarios, high-fidelity wireframes, and prototypes using Figma while adhering to the design system. Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and implement accessible interfaces for health products.
Responsibilities
- Develop user scenarios and user flows based on Product Manager directives
- Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma
- Specify visual details and document design decisions clearly in Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Collaborate closely with developers to define the scope of proposed changes and understand technical constraints
- Adapt solutions to ensure feasibility and technical excellence
- Work with testing teams to identify visual defects and propose solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the design system
- Analyze improvements proposed by the team and evaluate their relevance against the overall design strategy
- Support the sales team by creating visual concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of ideas to potential clients
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Proficiency in Figma
- Solid understanding of web technologies
- In-depth knowledge of accessibility best practices
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into work
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) or experience with Agile project management tools
- Bilingualism in French and English, professional proficiency in both written and spoken communication
