Design end-to-end digital experiences and services for federal agencies to improve public outcomes and trust. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create accessible, secure, and user-centered solutions across the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end digital experiences for federal programs, platforms, and services, from discovery and concept development through delivery and continuous improvement
- Translate user needs, policy requirements, and mission goals into clear, accessible, and actionable design solutions
- Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, researchers, content strategists, and accessibility specialists in agile, DevSecOps-oriented teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience solving complex design problems and strategic skills to deliver best-in-class solutions
- 2-3 years of experience designing digital products or services in consulting, in-house, or agency environments
- Experience or demonstrated ability in utilizing AI-driven methodologies to shape and deliver findings or artifacts
