Product Designer, Core Products

The Product Designer will create intuitive and cohesive interfaces for core platform features including integrations, billing, and attribution. They will collaborate with product owners and developers to solve complex problems and advocate for user needs.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that CallRail is intuitive, attractive, consistent, and cohesive
- Working one-on-one with a product owner to come up with creative solutions to complex problems
- Designing interfaces and interactions for new and existing features
- Working closely with developers to implement new features
- Advocating for the product, constantly seeking to better understand our users’ needs and ideating solutions to serve them
- Collaborating with the design team to promote and expand design culture at CallRail
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a UX designer, UI designer, or in a related role
- A strong sense of design fundamentals, including iconography, typography, color, and data visualization
- Proficiency in design tools, such as Figma, Sketch
- Prior experience conducting user research of any type and ability to synthesize feedback with data to guide design decisions
- A foundational understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
