Senior Product Designer, Web Experience & Design Systems

Own and optimize Neo's web platform, including the core website, landing pages, and conversion flows to drive customer acquisition. Develop and evolve scalable design systems, components, and workflows to ensure consistency and speed across product and marketing surfaces.
Responsibilities
- Own Neo's core website, landing pages, and key acquisition and conversion flows
- Design and optimize high-impact entry points across onboarding, product discovery, and marketing campaigns
- Partner closely with Growth, Marketing, and Creative to improve conversion, clarity, and engagement
- Use data, experimentation, and user insights to inform design decisions and iterate quickly
- Design for measurable outcomes, balancing brand, usability, and performance
- Own and evolve Neo's design system with a strong focus on web and growth surfaces
Requirements
- 5-7 years of product design experience
- Strong experience designing high-performing web experiences
- Proven ability to improve conversion, clarity, and usability through design
- Deep experience building or maintaining design systems used in production across teams
- Strong craft across interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
- Systems thinker, you connect components → flows → journeys → outcomes
- Experience working closely with engineers and understanding front-end realities
- Comfortable working with growth, marketing, and creative teams in fast-paced environments
- Experience with experimentation and iteration
- A thoughtful perspective on AI-assisted design tools and how they can improve workflows
