The role involves designing and evolving complex financial and operational flows for Loft's ERP SaaS solution for real estate agencies. You will conduct discovery, create robust interfaces, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build scalable B2B solutions.
Responsibilities
- Map, design, and evolve contract flows, billing, payments, financial routines, and other related processes
- Transform financial, tax, contractual, and operational rules into simple, reliable, and scalable experiences
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for alignment, validation, and implementation
- Conduct discovery, interviews, usability tests, and behavioral analysis with real estate companies
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to build viable, well-implemented, and connected solutions
- Identify opportunities to connect financial solutions to the ERP journey
- Support the discovery of new financial products from real customer pain points
- Use data to prioritize improvements, measure impact, and refine decisions
- Utilize AI to accelerate exploration, synthesis, prototyping, and documentation with quality
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Product Designer in digital products
- Autonomy to conduct medium to high complexity problems
- Strong understanding of information architecture, flows, and complex journeys
- Experience with robust interfaces, considering states, permissions, responsiveness, accessibility, and consistency
- Practical experience with qualitative research, usability testing, and validation of hypotheses
- Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
- Good communication and documentation skills for stakeholder alignment and efficient handoffs
- Maturity to work in ambiguous contexts, combining zero-to-one construction, product evolution, and legacy
