Design seamless, high-conversion web experiences and interactive prototypes to support product adoption and user acquisition. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable design systems and iterate based on data insights.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design web experiences that support conversion rate optimization (CRO), product adoption, and early user acquisition
- Design thoughtful, visually polished interactive experiences that engage users and drive them through the conversion funnel
- Balance strong visual craftsmanship with practical design solutions that are scalable and optimized for performance
- Support experimentation programs by iterating on designs based on data insights, testing results, and user feedback
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in UX and interactive design
- Proven experience in designing conversion-driven web experiences and optimizing them for CRO
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other experimentation methods to improve web performance
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
