UX Designer Intern

The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product opportunities and design concept flows and interactive prototypes. They will also conduct user research, facilitate workshops, and perform QA with engineering teams to improve the member journey.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the collaboration with other team members to identify product opportunities
- Participate in working sessions with cross-functional teams
- Help drive results and insights using A/B Testing
- Design concept flows, interactive prototypes, and create testing plans for validation
- Communicate and present research, insights, and concepts to UX lead(s)
Requirements
- Experience delivering successful research artifacts for either web, mobile and/or software applications
- Experience using data to influence UX design
- Having a great eye in visual design, colors, layout, and overall flow
- Any experience using Adobe Target for A/B and/or Personalization is a plus
- Experience constructing wireframes and interactive prototypes
