Digital Graphic Designer

The Digital Designer creates digital assets for ecommerce, social media, and advertising to drive customer engagement and conversions. Responsibilities include developing animations, renders, and multi-media collateral while maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Design consumer facing assets for PDP, website features and other digital placements
• Design & build animations and renders that engage customers and keep our brands forward facing in the digital landscape
• Create conceptual designs to include multi-media marketing collateral, advertising campaigns, email, and social media graphics
• Present concept visualization through sketches, drawings, mock-ups and/or illustrations
• Manage multiple design deliverables in relation to marketing and product development schedules
• Demonstration of leadership through researching current digital design trends and communicate these trends to key stakeholders
• Understand the customers’ needs and expectations for our products and services

Requirements

• 2 or 4-year college degree and 5+ years digital design experience
• Design experience with CPG companies a plus
• Online portfolio with demonstrated motion graphic skillset
• Worked with design assets that drive strong KPIs for business results
• Effective communication skills, think in a creative customer-driven approach, and thrive in a collaborative environment
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Proficient on Mac platform utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office software
• Proficiency in Figma a major plus
