Responsibilities
- Work with clients to take their employer brand and turn it into a high-converting digital experience
- Design with empathy for the stressed job seeker
- Look at click-through rates and bounce rates to validate design decisions
- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible
- Collaborate with technical implementation teams to ensure designs are feasible and executed accurately
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in web design
- Portfolio that highlights UX/UI projects
- Experience in translating diverse client brand guidelines into polished web designs
- Strong ability to design intuitive user interfaces and navigation paths
- Proven track record of managing multiple design projects simultaneously
Benefits
- Annualized base salary range: $91,200 - $136,800 USD
