Own and drive design work across a product area or set of initiatives, leading projects from problem framing through execution and delivery. Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to deliver high-impact projects from concept through launch.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive design work across a product area or set of initiatives, leading projects from problem framing through execution and delivery
- Apply strong UX judgment to complex problem spaces, structuring ambiguity and making clear, principled decisions about flows, tradeoffs, and overall experience
- Translate complex systems, including AI-driven capabilities, into scalable interaction patterns, workflows, and intuitive user experiences
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to deliver high-impact projects from concept through launch
- Work across teams and stakeholders to clearly communicate, advocate for, and align on design decisions and direction
- Contribute directly to design execution, with a focus on interaction design and overall experience quality, while maintaining a high bar for visual polish
- Provide structured, actionable feedback through critiques and day-to-day collaboration, and transition into managing and mentoring designers over time
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of shipped work
- Deep expertise in UX and interaction design
- Strong product thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and research to deliver impactful product outcomes
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
