Graphic Designer, Senior

Create a wide range of visual deliverables including logos, publications, and multimedia products while ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards. Collaborate with stakeholders and senior designers to conceptualize and deliver solutions that communicate government and defense-sector priorities.
Responsibilities
- Apply graphic design skills to create a wide range of deliverables
- Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards
- Manage multiple work assignments by applying accuracy, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Work collaboratively within a team of designers
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize project requirements and deliver solutions
- Provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design
- Experience with Section 508 compliance
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Experience facilitating client-facing discussions
- Experience working within the government or defense sectors
- Knowledge of DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) processes and requirements
- Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree
