Own the design system and UX standards to enable PMs and engineers to ship consistent UI. Focus on creating scalable patterns, conducting proactive discovery, and coaching cross-functional teams on UX best practices.
Responsibilities
- Own the design system and UX standards, using AI-assisted tooling to scale standards
- Define 'how we design here': lightweight processes for discovery, critique, handoff, and iteration
- Create reusable patterns for core workflows, enabling PMs and engineers to apply UX patterns consistently
Requirements
- 7+ years product design experience with a portfolio showing systems thinking and strong craft
- Proven track record setting standards and enabling cross-functional teams to ship consistently great UX
- Proficiency in Figma and experience building/evolving design systems
