Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of Monstro's Android application
- Design intuitive native mobile experiences across onboarding, financial workflows, and core user journeys
- Drive UX direction for complex, AI-powered workflows
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring polished, scalable Android experiences to life
Requirements
- 6-10+ years of product design experience, with a strong focus on native mobile applications
- Experience designing Android and/or iOS mobile experiences, with a strong understanding of mobile UX best practices
- Strong expertise in user-centered design processes and close cross-functional collaboration with product managers and engineers
