The role involves creating consistent user solutions for anti-fraud platforms by collaborating with product, engineering, and data teams. Responsibilities include conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, and evolving the Design System to ensure scalability.
Responsibilities
- Understand the product strategy and real needs of users to create consistent solutions
- Participate actively in the entire product development process, from discovery to delivery
- Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces, along with the squad and business areas
- Work in partnership with Product Managers and developers, influencing the experience from conception to execution
- Collaborate with areas such as data, marketing, and business to ensure a user-centered design at all levels of the organization
- Conduct co-creation dynamics, workshops, A/B testing, and experiments with a focus on continuous evolution
- Propose improvements based on data analysis, research insights, and hypothesis validation
- Contribute to strategic product decisions, with a critical view of usability and performance
- Follow up on user research and translate it into real opportunities for product improvement
- Act as a reference for the team, raising the standard of design quality and strengthening the user-centered culture
- Co-create and evolve UX and Design System processes, promoting scalability in deliveries
- Elaborate and present structured communications, showing progress, learnings, and explored paths
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience as a Product Designer, with experience in digital products
- Familiarity with B2B products, onboarding of clients, and complex solutions
- Experience in designing web and mobile interfaces, prototyping, information architecture, and good UX/UI practices
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Maze, Hotjar, Amplitude, Dovetail, or similar
