Define the user experience for a digital AI fintech platform by creating process artifacts and high-fidelity Figma designs. Partner with Product Management and UX Research to translate customer feedback into actionable design hypotheses and workflow improvements.
Responsibilities
- Define the user experience for our digital product
- Take ownership of translating vague or qualitative customer feedback into actionable design hypotheses and workflow improvements
- Proactively seek out friction in the product experience
- Leverage AI-powered prototyping tools to rapidly generate interactive prototypes
- Translate AI-assisted prototypes into high-fidelity, developer-ready designs in Figma
- Partner with Product Management and UX Research to identify areas of friction in the mortgage lender workflow
- Look for opportunities to solve problems in unique and innovative ways
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design experience
- Figma proficiency
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping
- Self-starter mentality
- Demonstrated ability to independently interpret ambiguous customer or stakeholder feedback
- Genuine curiosity about the product and users
- Strong communication skills
- Solid grounding in UX design and design thinking principles
- Familiarity with mortgage lending workflows, underwriting processes, or fintech products is a plus
