UX Designer

The role involves designing user experiences for legacy systems and enterprise applications across web, mobile, and enterprise tools. The consultant will visualize end-to-end workflows and collaborate with product owners and developers to implement usability improvements.
Responsibilities
- Work on various projects, utilizing UX design skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and business stakeholders
- Apply design systems and visualize end-to-end workflows
- Present and articulate design decisions to both designers and non-designers
- Utilize Figma for design work
- Deliver UX across multiple platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, User Experience, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in UX design
- Experience working with legacy systems and enterprise applications
- Ability to visualize end-to-end workflows and identify usability improvements
- Experience working with and applying design systems
- Strong collaboration skills
- Ability to present and articulate design decisions
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience delivering UX across multiple platforms
