Translate product ideas and user needs into intuitive design solutions for patient and clinician-facing telemedicine tools. Collaborate with product owners and engineers to create accessible, high-quality interfaces and establish structured design processes.
Responsibilities
- Translate product requirements and user needs into clear, intuitive design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, engineers, and other designers
- Ensure consistency and quality across the product
- Identify patient and doctor needs, pain points, and opportunities through research and product discovery
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX, product design, or a similar role
- Experience designing intuitive digital products for different user groups
- Strong knowledge of Figma, modern UX methods, and user research practices
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with Product and Engineering
- At least C1-level proficiency in spoken German
