The UX Design apprentice will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with Product Managers to integrate user needs into B2B telecommunications products. They will also contribute to the evolution of the design system and maintain UX documentation such as personas and user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UX research and design
- Participate in the conception of UX designs
- Collaborate with Product Managers and technical teams
- Document UX design decisions and processes
- Participate in the evolution and application of design systems
- Contribute to UX rituals and team meetings
Requirements
- Master's degree in UX Design, Ergonomics, or a related field
- Knowledge of UX research methods and design tools
- Ability to produce wireframes and prototypes
- Understanding of ergonomics and usability principles
- Experience working in a team environment
- Professional English language skills
