Senior UX Designer
Landmark Information Group Remote (🇬🇧 United Kingdom)
Lead the end-to-end UX process from discovery to delivery to create scalable, user-centered digital experiences. Partner with product and engineering teams to shape product direction and mentor other designers to improve organizational UX maturity.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve UX research practices and methodologies
- Use a hypothesis-driven, data-informed approach to identify and validate problems
- Own problem spaces from discovery to delivery
- Design intuitive, accessible, and scalable solutions
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders to shape product direction
- Influence decisions through insight, design expertise, and clear communication
- Contribute to design culture and UX maturity across the organisation
- Mentor and support other designers through feedback and guidance
Requirements
- Strong UX design experience across discovery and delivery
- Expertise in user research methods and insight generation
- Ability to design complex, scalable digital experiences
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of accessibility and usability best practices
- Experience contributing to or working within design systems
