UX Designer (all genders)

The role involves designing holistic user experiences for digital applications in the public and health sectors, from initial concept to implementation. Responsibilities include creating UI concepts, developing design systems, and conducting usability tests and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Advice to customers in multidisciplinary teams on demanding IT projects
• Conceptualization, design, and presentation of creative strategy, content, and UI concepts for internet portals, specialist applications, intranets, and apps
• Contribution to the further development of design systems and pattern libraries and ensuring consistent user experiences
• Planning, coordination, and moderation of usability tests, user and customer surveys, and workshops
• Part of a creative, sympathetic team and driving cross-functional knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Completed degree in a relevant field, such as Human Factors, Design, Media Sciences, Computer Science, or Psychology
• First professional experience in UX design and/or UX research
• Very good sense of current communication and technology trends and their relevance for user-centered products
• Analytical thinking and experience in deriving clear product and design decisions from user insights
• Very good Figma skills
• First experiences in handling AI tools for research and analysis tasks
• Good knowledge of accessibility standards and BITV
• Confident appearance in customer meetings and very good moderation and presentation skills
• German language skills at C1 level
