Graphic Designer

Develop creative concepts and execute final artwork for print, digital, and video projects. Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality delivery and mentor junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Working with internal team to develop concepts and execute work for new assignments
- Supporting the team in the delivery of final artwork files for print and/or digital
- Working with internal teams, account, and creative to ensure continuity of delivery within agreed timeframes and to high standards
- Working with clients to ensure their briefs and amendments are interpreted and executed accurately
- Mentoring juniors to facilitate their development, including creative and technical skills
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working as a designer in an advertising agency, in-house creative services group, or design firm
- Experience with workflow/project management tools, such as WorkFront
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate requirements
- Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members
- Proven ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team environment
