Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a prioritized research plan aligned with GP Studio strategy and business goals
- Lead foundational and evaluative studies to identify pain points in pipeline management and collaboration
- Identify specific opportunities where AI can improve decision quality and execution efficiency within the internal toolset
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to translate workflows into product requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in an applied research setting
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Ability to lead foundational and evaluative studies
