Senior Product Designer (Tampere)

Lead hands-on design work and collaborate with developers to turn client goals into successful digital products and services. Guide clients through the design process by translating business goals and user behavior into high-quality designs and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Work side by side with developers, lead the hands-on design work, and ensure the project meets the client's needs
- Guide the client and team from the current state of things towards a solution
- Make sense of the clients' business goals, challenges, and users' behaviour, and turn understanding into great designs
- Build and nurture relationships with the team and other stakeholders
- Participate in workshops and collaborative sessions to uncover insights and shape vision
Requirements
- More than 6 years of experience with multiple successful digitalisation projects
- Ability to think conceptually and strategically
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams with developers, strategists, and copywriters
- Solid experience in involving end users in the design and development process
- Understanding and application of modern design practices and processes
- Fluent English language skills
