Lead UX Designer H/F

Define and lead the UX strategy for web and mobile products while managing and mentoring a team of UX/UI designers. Responsible for creating fluid user journeys, prototypes, and maintaining design system standards in collaboration with Product and Tech teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and pilot the UX strategy on web and mobile products
- Design fluid and consistent user journeys
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups on Figma
- Frame and accompany the UX/UI Designers
- Structure the UX methods and best practices within the teams
- Participate in design workshops and product discovery phases
- Pilot or participate in user tests and behavior analysis
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and business teams
- Ensure the overall consistency of digital experiences
- Contribute to the evolution of design systems and UX standards
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in UX Design
- Experience in lead of UX team / Design
- Mastery of Figma
- Experience on web and mobile products
- Strong ability to structure a UX approach
- Very good understanding of product and business issues
- Leadership, pedagogy, and excellent relational skills
- Sense of analysis, creativity, and user vision
