Product Designer

The Product Designer will create user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications to meet customer needs and business goals. This includes developing user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs while maintaining a scalable design system.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered experiences for web applications and mobile applications
- Apply design thinking to understand user problems, business goals, and product constraints before creating solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs for new and existing product features
- Work closely with product managers to clarify requirements, define user problems, and prioritize design needs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and implemented with good quality
- Use product data, user behavior, research findings, and usability insights to inform design decisions
- Conduct or support user research and usability testing to validate design solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, Art/Visual Communication & Design, Creative Multimedia, Advertising Media, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience designing user experiences for web applications and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of design thinking, human-centered design principles, and user experience best practices
- Ability to translate user needs, business goals, and product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Proficient in Figma for creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity product designs
- Familiar with illustration or vector design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or similar tools
