Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for a specific product area, from research and strategy to high-fidelity execution. Collaborate with product management and engineering to integrate AI capabilities into the Sauce Labs platform.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Design Ownership: Lead the full design lifecycle for product area
- Conduct user research to uncover deep insights into user needs, behaviors, and motivations
- Translate findings into actionable product recommendations and elegant solutions
- Design and prototype detailed user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Design AI capabilities into the Sauce Labs platform itself
- Partner with engineering on feasibility, functionality and implementation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful, user-centered design solutions for complex applications
- Deep understanding of UX, visual, and interaction design principles
- Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools as part of day-to-day design practice
