Senior Product Designer - Cash Pilot

Lead the end-to-end design process for the Cash Pilot initiative to help business owners manage cash flow and financial decisions. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to iterate on the MVP and maintain high craft standards across web and mobile.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design process end-to-end — from exploration and framing opportunities to building solutions, validating impact, and supporting implementation
• Collect and synthesise user feedback on the newly released MVP and turn insights into clear product improvements
• Design intuitive, data-driven flows that help users monitor cash movements, understand expenses and profitability, and gain real financial control
• Work closely with Accounting and Banking teams to ensure coherence across domains and align on shared patterns and constraints
• Define product metrics with your PM and validate whether shipped features truly move the needle

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience designing digital products
• Proven experience designing for B2B software / complex workflows with strong UX fundamentals
• Strong product thinking & problem framing
• Demonstrated user research & synthesis that changes decisions
• Deep expertise in UI/UX, with a solid understanding of business needs and engineering constraints
• Hands-on experience contributing to and working with design systems
