Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to delivery, creating customer-led digital experiences for a digital bank. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into validated prototypes and cohesive design system implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and own the problem space, driving end-to-end product design from early discovery through to solution delivery
- Lead collaborative discovery with the product trio (Product + Design + Engineering) to prioritize the right problems
- Turn ambiguity into clarity by framing and validating opportunities, shaping hypotheses, and identifying decision points
- Design, test, and iterate on solutions, using research, voice of customer insights, behavioral data, and market analysis
- Communicate design rationale clearly with diverse stakeholder groups through clear storytelling and well-structured playback
- Operate in a dual-track rhythm, contributing to continuous discovery while supporting smooth delivery
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with product, engineering, and business partners
- Contribute to the design system, applying and evolving it to support consistency and efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience across the full product design lifecycle
- Expert capability in lean UX, synthesizing what you learn, and prototyping to explore and validate direction
- Strong interaction design skills with an understanding of native mobile patterns, platform behaviors, motion, and micro-interactions
- Understanding of customer journeys and experience outcomes
- Ability to simplify complexity, advocate for design-led decisions, balance customer needs with delivery constraints, and bring partners along the journey
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate well in cross-functional environments
