The Product Designer will own the full design process from user research and wireframing to creating high-fidelity interfaces and maintaining scalable design systems. They will collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver intuitive, accessible digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- User Research & Product Discovery: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and product research
- UX Design & Product Flows: Design intuitive user experiences and workflows for web and mobile products
- UI Design & Visual Systems: Create high-fidelity, pixel-perfect interfaces in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Design Systems & Scalability: Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable component libraries
- Collaboration & Product Delivery: Partner closely with Product Managers to define requirements and priorities
- Testing & Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback after launches and improve experiences through iteration
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional Product Design or UX/UI Design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile product experiences
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, accessibility, and interaction design
- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and UX problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
