- Frame product problems clearly, quantify trade-offs, and connect design decisions to measurable customer and business impact
Requirements
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Proven ability to lead open-ended, ambiguous design projects from problem to solution
- Hands-on, daily use of AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
- Strong craft fundamentals: visual design, interaction design, IA, and accessibility
- Ability to frame product problems, quantify trade-offs, and connect design to business outcomes
