Senior Product Designer - Engagement & Loyalty

Lead the end-to-end design of engagement and loyalty experiences to drive user progression and retention. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define success metrics and iterate on designs based on data and research.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of engagement and loyalty experiences, from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Translate research, data, and stakeholder input into clear, actionable design decisions that drive user progression and retention
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define success metrics and evaluate post-launch impact
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, incentives, and loyalty beyond scoped projects
• Deliver high-quality interface designs aligned with product strategy, business goals, and user needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to turn discovery into delivered, high-quality designs
• Experience designing for multi-surface products, including mobile and web
• Comfortable using data and analytics to inform outcome-driven design decisions
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design rationale and trade-offs to stakeholders
• Analytical and strategic mindset, able to link design work to business and product outcomes
