Responsibilities
- Help define interaction patterns for monetizing generative AI
- Collaborate directly with growth product managers and engineers to prototype and refine new experiences
- Craft internal tools that support creative teams or explore new ways for users to engage with AI-powered capabilities
- Shape how AI-powered capabilities translate into product value and monetization
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing high-quality product experiences
- Experience designing growth or monetization experiences within large-scale product ecosystems
- Strong design craft with a systems mentality
- Hands-on skill with prototyping tools
- Experience crafting experiments and iterative improvements informed by user behavior, product metrics, and A/B testing
