Lead the design of complex AI-driven beauty experiences and high-impact product journeys from concept to launch. Provide functional leadership by mentoring other designers and evolving the product design system to ensure scalability and consistency.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of complex and high-impact initiatives from concept to launch
- Act as the most senior Product Designer and functional lead within the team
- Mentor and guide other Product Designers in craft, process and best practice
- Embed strong product design rituals, critique culture and structured thinking
- Lead the conceptualisation and execution of AI-powered beauty analysis and recommendation experiences
- Take accountability for high-priority journeys across discovery, onboarding, analysis, recommendation and conversion
- Drive rapid experimentation and validation of new concepts before build commitment
- Evolve the design system and component library to ensure scalability, consistency and efficiency
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of product design experience in high-growth digital or commerce environments
- Experience mentoring or functionally leading other designers
- Strong understanding of how to scale design quality through systems and process
- Ability to balance creativity with structure and delivery discipline
- Strong interest in AI, machine learning and emerging interaction paradigms
- Ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive, human experiences
