Own product and design initiatives from end-to-end to eliminate inefficiencies in the freight industry. Collaborate cross-functionally to shape the product from strategy and definition through to execution and validation.
Responsibilities
- Own product and design initiatives from end to end
- Craft meaningful experiences that are engaging, thoughtful and reflect TruckSmarter's values as a human-centered technology company
- Work cross-functionally with the team to shape the product from strategy, definition to execution, validation, and future iterations
- Produce high quality work from research, user flows and interactive prototypes, all the way to pixel perfect design with delightful interactions
- Empathize with the user and be an advocate for user experience
Requirements
- 10+ years experience
- Expertise designing for native mobile experiences
- Experience designing agentic chat based interfaces
- Practice empathy, and understand how your designs will impact users
- Works well in a collaborative environment, and are willing to show your work frequently
- Curiosity about how AI is changing creative workflows, and excitement about using it
