Lead the UX vision and design strategy for core banking and financial products, translating complex workflows into intuitive user experiences. Mentor a team of product designers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade banking platforms.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the UX vision and design strategy across core banking and financial products
- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery and concepting to delivery and iteration
- Establish and maintain design standards, patterns, and guidelines aligned with Temenos’ design system
- Advocate for user-centered design principles within a complex, enterprise software environment
- Translate complex banking workflows into clear, intuitive, and scalable user experiences
Requirements
- Experience in Product Design / UX Design, including experience leading design for complex digital products
- Proven experience designing enterprise or SaaS products, ideally within financial services, fintech, or banking software
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in agile product teams with Product Owners and Engineering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels
