Senior Graphic Designer (Brand & Production)
Willow Health Remote (🇦🇷 Argentina)
The role involves creating high-quality branding assets across digital and print mediums, including packaging and POP materials. The designer will manage the full production process, from prototyping with AI tools to collaborating with vendors for final execution.
Responsibilities
- Able to seamlessly move between print and digital design, delivering high-quality, production-ready assets that meet both technical requirements and brand standards
- Strong print and POP experience, including designing brochures, flyers/inserts, welcome kits, packaging, and retail or kiosk materials
- Strong understanding of print production with the ability to prepare production-ready files and collaborate with vendors
- Work independently to manage your own workflow, execute assigned tasks, and maintain high-quality output without requiring close supervision
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Design Leads, and other team members, effectively integrating feedback to improve deliverables
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in graphic design across digital and print, with proven seniority and ownership of brand asset development and production
- Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability over projects
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good level of English
- A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse, high-quality work
