Senior Product Designer

The Senior Product Designer will build a seamless Corporate Spending experience and drive the adoption of existing products. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform broad concepts into elegant, user-facing application flows and detailed specifications.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with our Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to take products from broad concepts through implementation and launch.
- Partnering with our customers to gain a deep understanding of their experiences and needs, identifying and filling product gaps while generating new ideas that empower them and drive growth.
- Owning the look, feel, and experience of our user-facing application, design flows, and experiences, ensuring theyâre simple and elegant.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, early to mid-stage startup environments.
- Understanding of modern, front-end engineering tools and practices, and how they work together to deliver a great experience.
- Technically proficient in Figma.
- Experience working with accounting/finance related products, or have worked closely with finance leaders.
- Commercially focused with an understanding of the market and the business weâre in.
