Product Designer
Valence Remote (🇺🇸 New York, New York, United States of America)
Design end-to-end features for an AI coaching platform, including coaching flows, onboarding, and dashboards. Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into high-fidelity designs and maintain the design system.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end features across Valence's core product
- Contribute to and maintain the design system
- Work closely with product and engineering in weekly cycles
- Participate actively in design critiques and paired design work
- Write product copy and micro-interactions
Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design experience
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates strong craft and end-to-end thinking
- Experience shipping product on a small team
- Solid grounding in interaction design, visual design, and information architecture
- Familiarity working with and contributing to a design system
- Comfortable working in fast cycles
- Proficiency in Figma
