Senior Product Designer

Lead the end-to-end design process for a SaaS platform, from problem framing and discovery to launch and iteration. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to manage design systems and ensure high visual quality and customer-centric experiences.
Responsibilities
- Building end-to-end user experiences
- Aiding in discovery phases and helping define product requirements
- Creating designs, prototypes and artifacts to facilitate user testing
- Guiding design team to develop shared understanding and alignment of solutions
- Collaborating with product management, engineering and business partners
- Working with other product designers and front-end engineering team to manage design system
- Championing cohesion and consistency in UX design
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products
- Recent experience designing enterprise SaaS products
- Portfolio of work that showcases process and range of fidelity levels
- Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional technology team
- Proficiency in Figma, building components, maintaining design systems and prototyping
- Understanding of modern front-end frameworks and development philosophies
