The designer will participate in the full design process to create intuitive tools for Product Lifecycle Management, from discovery to production. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user insights into usable experiences that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the full design process, from early discovery and strategic approach to ideation, design, testing, asset delivery, and production with engineers
  • Take direction from and collaborate with senior designers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional working teams to deliver impactful business outcomes
  • Leverage insights, data, and research to identify and pursue user-centric outcomes within your product space
  • Create design deliverables representative of the design process phase
  • Hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design
  • Advance a culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams
  • Navigate complexity and ambiguity to deliver impact for guests and the business

Requirements

  • 1+ years of relevant product design work or equivalent
  • Foundational skills in UX and product design
  • Problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of effectively using data and insights to inform design decisions
  • Proficiency in product design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma)
