Lead the design of new brokerage product experiences from early concept through launch. Collaborate with senior leadership, engineering, and legal teams to translate complex financial requirements into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for new product initiatives, from early exploration through launch, ensuring clear and usable customer experiences
- Translate complex financial, legal, and technical requirements into simple and effective design solutions
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and legal teams to align on requirements and deliver high-quality product experiences
- Present design work to senior leaders, incorporating feedback to refine solutions and support product decisions
- Use design tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, quality, and collaboration across the design process
Requirements
- Significant experience designing consumer-facing digital products
- Experience leading design work independently on complex projects
- Comfortable working within regulated domains and collaborating with legal or compliance partners
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and influence stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
- Experienced with modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and have incorporated AI tools into your workflow to improve efficiency
