- Lead the end-to-end design process for internal design acceleration tools
- Partner deeply with Design Engineers to translate complex backend services into intuitive user experiences
- Conduct user research and gather feedback from designers and engineers
- Define interaction models, visual aesthetic, and accessibility standards for all internal design acceleration tools
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in end-to-end product design
- Expert proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma
- Experience designing tools for technical users or creating user interfaces that manage complex data and system workflows
