Senior Product Designer - Moloco Commerce Media

Lead the end-to-end design of Moloco's Commerce Media products, creating intuitive workflows for retailers and merchants. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate complex problems into scalable interaction patterns and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Define and iterate on core product experiences across Moloco Commerce Media
- Translate ambiguous, multi-sided problems into clear workflows and prototypes
- Lead end-to-end design cycles from discovery through prototyping and shipped execution
- Push the product forward beyond where it is today by surfacing opportunities and advocating for new bets
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional product design experience
- Shipping complex product experiences in B2B, analytics, fintech, or adtech/commerce platforms at scale
- Track record of framing ambiguous problems and using research, data, and experimentation to refine solutions
- Comfortable using AI across daily design practice
- Strong interaction and product design craft
