The Senior Product Designer will transform complex technical requirements into intuitive user experiences for an AI platform in the medical software industry. They will manage end-to-end customer journeys and collaborate with GTM and engineering teams to ensure consistency across the platform.
Responsibilities
- Craft outstanding user experiences in the Ketryx platform
- Drive roadmap items from initial shaping to implementation of final screens and flows
- Map and manage key customer journeys
- Contribute critical GTM peripherals to ensure consistency across entire customer experience
- Create mockups, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing
Requirements
- 5-8+ years product design experience
- Solid UX/UI design skills
- Strong product mindset
- Holistic end-to-end perspective
- Ability to champion consistency across the entire end-to-end customer experience
