APPRENTICE – Digital Employee Experience Team - UI/UX designer

The role involves designing and launching the Experience Review Board service to improve internal digital solutions. You will collaborate with UX designers and product managers to brainstorm, prototype, and test new digital employee experiences.
Responsibilities
- Be a key player in building the new Experience Review Board (ERB) service
- Help design, launch, and promote the ERB service across Amadeus
- Team up with UX designers and product managers to brainstorm, design, and test new digital solutions
- Dive into journey mapping, rapid prototyping, and co-creation workshops
- Analyze feedback and digital tool usage—spot what’s working, what’s not, and suggest clever fixes
- Turn insights into action by helping to make products even better
- Spread the word and support fun campaigns and events to get everyone excited about new digital experiences
Requirements
- A spark for UX design and/or product management
- An interest in how technology shapes the way we work
- Creative thinking and a love for teamwork
- Clear communication and a positive attitude
- Eagerness to learn, experiment, and contribute to real projects
