Lead the design of Redfin's core consumer products across desktop and mobile to drive growth and profitability. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create intuitive, high-trust user journeys and evolve the company's design system.
Responsibilities
- Design for Redfin’s core consumer product across desktop and mobile
- Build an engaging and cohesive user experience
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders
- Communicate design concepts effectively through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Present and defend work to cross-functional teams and leadership
- Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform design decisions
- Advocate for the user
- Contribute to and evolve Redfin's design system
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing work on shipping impactful products
- Excellent communicator
