Define and drive the overall design vision and strategy while guiding the end-to-end design process. Lead client stakeholder sessions, document requirements, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive overall design vision and strategy
- Guide end-to-end design process
- Facilitate client stakeholder working sessions and interviews
- Elicit and document business, non-functional, and technical requirements and project KPIs
- Define product requirements, prioritize features, and create intuitive and engaging user experiences
- Present design concepts, prototypes, and solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Multimedia Communication, Information Architecture, or similar
- 5 yearsâ experience in UX/UI design
- UX Certification
- Demonstrated ability to lead design teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- Expertise in user research, creating user personas, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools
