Lead the design and development of intuitive user experiences for Identity & Access Management platforms within the Cybersecurity organization. Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture to deliver scalable web and digital communication designs.
Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables
- Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
- Review moderately complex technical challenges
- Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers
Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
- 4+ years of UX design, visual design, or UX-focused engineering roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating simple, elegant UI design
- Proven experience designing for websites, email communications, and enterprise user experiences
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and visual storytelling
- Strong ability to collaborate with engineers and architects
- Excellent visual design skills
