UX Writer

The UX Writer creates clear and consistent microcopy for digital interfaces to improve user experience and decision-making. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop voice and tone guidelines and support usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit microcopy for digital interfaces
• Ensure consistency of voice and tone across all user touch points
• Collaborate with design, research, and development teams to integrate content into the product
• Create, maintain, and evolve voice & tone guidelines and content systems
• Support usability testing with a focus on language, comprehension, and clarity
• Translate complex concepts into simple, empathetic, and actionable content

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or related areas
• Excellent command of Portuguese and strong writing skills in English
• Solid knowledge of best practices for writing digital products
• Sensitivity to user experience and design principles
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and iterative processes
