Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will conceptualize and deliver design solutions for internal business units and strategic customer campaigns. They will act as a brand custodian, ensuring all visual assets align with corporate guidelines and effectively communicate complex messaging.
Responsibilities
- Providing dedicated graphic design support to the internal business as well as supporting top strategic customer campaigns with bespoke customer messaging and positioning
- Providing a high-level consultancy role to business units – bringing creativity and innovation to problem solving and communicating a variety of messages
- Acting as a custodian of the corporate brand, ensuring work reflects the established brand guidelines correctly and advising the business on how the brand can be used
- Being responsible for your own work schedule, ensuring briefs are taken and projects are delivered on time to high standards
- Establishing close working relationships with internal teams to understand the challenges and objectives for individual projects
- Advising internal customers on what is technically possible including the range and scope of the work and realistic timescales
Requirements
- 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Proven graphic design and communications experience working within a challenging commercial environment
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong PowerPoint skills
- Multi-media skills would be an advantage but not essential
- Enthusiasm to learn and embrace new skills
- Creativity and excellent presentation and communication skills
